The pattern is still intact; the sequence is a 5 count instead of a three count. The only thing that matters is that the direction is still down and target has not changed.

The ETF’s give another part of the story. The Stock Market usually doesn’t go up or down unless the Financials lead the way. In this case the Technology sector was the first one to breakdown, but looking at the Financials we might be able to tell where the Market is going to stop on the way down.

All the Indices are doing what they are supposed to. This is the idea in looking for the indicators and oscillators to tell you the story. All we do now is wait for the pattern to hit the target, and at the same time keep looking for the indicators and oscillators to tell you the next move.
