Market Update Using ETF’s and the VIX, A possible Directional Turn!!! (01-19-11)

Today was a possible Trend Changer!!! We can see, in two out of the three ETFs that I follow, sell signals. Specially on the IWM which is the ETF that follows the Russell 2000 or Small Caps. Also we can see another Sell signal with the VIX, which tends to be an indicator that measures Volatility in the Markets (I like to call it The Fear Indicator). In this Video I point out what those indicators are and what to be looking for tomorrow. Market Update Using ETFs Part I (01-03-11)

Today’s breakout was confirmed by the expansion in Volume.  The consolidation lasted long enough through the holidays to give the sideline player an invitation which will continue for probably the rest of this year. We will have a pull back, but for now we are Bullish on all counts.
